Still with the night-time theme !
It appears a permanent tenant has found a secure home in one of our self-watering hanging pot-plants!
Most likely he will not be able to squat there much longer, if he is growing at the rate he does, but what do I know?
I think frogs can pretty much flatten themselves, in and out of trouble, because he never seems to leave his high-rise apartment? - must be the cheap rent!
... and the other problem is, I cannot water my plant too much either, otherwise he might complain about the plumbing and will ask for his bond-money back?

He looks very happy with his lot. Is he still in residence? Or perhaps it is getting too cold? This is an adorable picture! In answer to your question, I haven't shown James the drawing. I'll email it to him, but I'll have to call and tell him to look for it, because he never checks his email. :)

with Helle, you have a lot of humor in your shots. But at the same time, this is real: It's a great catch, and perfectly lit; it's classic---with that frog just resting, his eyes half shut, in a tiny hole in a pot. And succulents streaming down from on high...Terrific crop, composition, light, I love this shot. I see this is a series (night shots), so I'm gonna do them all. (I'm taking pics at random, but I'll do this whole series because it's a great series.) Btw, nice job on your "blondeblurr's pick"---you draped it across the bottom of the pot perfectly. And in the same hue as the frog...
