Hello! My name is Teri and I've been around for over 69 years in various forms. I am happily married (51 years!), have two daughters and four grandchildren.
I discovered Poser 2 many years ago but didn't do much with it. In 2006 I found a copy of Poser 4 and got interested again. I was working in Poser 10 before I switched to Daz Studio in late 2017. I'm gradually getting the hang of most of it.
When not playing on the computer, I help my husband with his start-up Bio Tech business, refinish furniture, knit, crochet, and read. We grab our grandchildren every chance we get and delight in their antics.
Discovering this community has been a great source of fun and support in trying times.I am amazed at the level of talent I see in both the gallery and the products that are offered. It baffles me how little points on a screen can turn into people or trees and move. I'll always be blond I guess!
Thanks for looking.

I think it works fine, Terri! I tried something similar and you're right, getting the lights to work is not easy. I like that it looks like it does - not clear. Gives her an air of mystery :)
Roywig
I think it works too, great job.

Very good work! I think there is a volumetric lighting script for Poser somewhere that may give you the underwater lighting effect a 3D program would have but you've done a LOT with this one here.

A bubble or two would've been the icing on the cake Terri apart from that it looks great! super volumetrics my friend!!

I think it is excellent! I have a very hard time with underwater scenes personally.

It works perfectly! The fuzziness and the lighting show off very well the underwater environment, which is always darker and less visible than the earth environment. Moreover, the blue colors are wonderful and the mermaid has a very stunning hair and a nice pose. It's a fantastic creation!

I think it works very well. I'm not familiar with Flink's water, but if you can adjust the transparency in the material room you should be able to play around with different effects.

Works good! I have never been able to get an underwater scene to look good. Excellent job!
