You missed out one important thing....totty behind the bar :) Wonderful series mate and a bit of an eye opener to what goes on building and behind the scenes. As for cost... Close to £4 million maybe

Don't forget the supplies for the bookkeeper's office, please. You know how testy they can get! LOL! No idea on the cost. Lots. And the time frame??? (Please, oh please don't forget to tell us how long it took from wrecking ball to opening day!) And are you going back to work there once it's opened? (I assume so, since you seem to have had unlimited access with your camera.) :) What fun this has been!
