Description

I will be gone for a few days. We will be visiting my younger brother in Falmouth, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Near Lake Minnewanka in Banff National Park, we spotted a pair of Bighorn lambs. Newborn lambs weigh from 8 to 10 pounds (3.6 to 4.5 kg) and can walk within hours. The lambs are then weaned when they reach four to six months old. The lifespan of rams is typically 9 to12 years, and 10 to 14 years for ewes. They were very cute and I could not choose between the two so you get this collage. Statistics from Wikipedia.
