Description

I think this is Bombus campestris, but the Flickr experts will tell me yea or nay. On Inula hookeri I have never seen these in my garden before. Notice there are no pollen baskets: the host bees will be slaving away feeding the cuckoos' larvae. The Prime Minister is planning a similar arrangement for high earning couples: he is planning to give them grants to pay some poor sods the minimum wage to look after their brats for them. Whereas if you choose to rear your own children you will not be eligible...WHAT? See another veiw from above Here

Congratulations on finally joining the American economic system! Over here we have had "trickle down" economics for about 30 years. The theory is that if you give ALL the money to the rich eventually they will allow some of it to "trickle down" to the rest of us. Of course, that is what happens when you pee on someone, it "trickles down". Smashing pic BTW.

Cuckoo? Perhaps the nectar is a bit fermented, and the politicians we know are always into it.

Cameron is the cuckoo - 'bee all and end all'. Trouble is many of the misguided 'poor sods' seem to have voted for his party!!! Back to your pic Andrea. It is a super capture and I can't say that I have seen one like it in my garden.

Well what did you expect from a king sized prat like that? The gormless retard can't even remember where he left his own little spoiled brat. How on gods green earth do you drive away and forget your child? Scary isn't it when a king sized wanker like that is in charge of us all. Well I don't recognize governments, my life is my own, they can NEVER tell me what to do. Great capture though my friend

A classy looking bumble and a TOP CLASS shot! That white ruff is a fashion statement! Having gained 3 grandchildren recently, and being retired. We are now part time (1 day per week) child minders on zero wages! I'm still not sure how it happened either? My son and his wife must be waiting for the grant to come through!

A lovely bee Andrea and a wonderful zoom. Our president is like your old Robin Hood. Steal form those that work and give it to those that will not work.
