Just two days ago I was seeing the same thing at Elk Island and wondering if we are into an earlier than normal winter. Then today I see the Bison are in their rut, also a bit early...and here I am, just getting started into summer mode. Again, that German adage enters my mind, "Too soon Oldt, too late Schmart!" Or, on your side of the pond, "Too soon Oldt, too late Schmart"!
