My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

That's a really..... oh look, shinny thing!

OK, I'll tell you. A 1950 Plymouth and a 1950 Studebaker. I remember these when they were new! Nice capture hon:)

Nice nostalgic shot. The cars of the '50s were tanks with metal dashboards and no seatbelts. I still have a slight indentation in my chest from my mother's right arm which would smash into me to keep me from banging into the dashboard during sudden stops.

What a gorgeous shot. I love the high shine on the vehicles and the Car Nut seen through the window of one vehicle as he looks into another window.:)

Great capture Tara! Bill in the windshield and looking down the sides of the cars all nice and shiny really makes this shot! Alright you got that 70D! How do you like it? Tell me what you see that is better than the t3i!!!

LOL, this for sure is Bill, who knows all about these shining cars, huh? The next time I'll meet Bill, I will ask my questions to him, right? Your capture has a lovely POV, and the reflections on the cars, plus the beautiful colored nature behind is adorable, dear friend.

Nicely captured Tara. I wonder what was going through his mind? Did he recognized certain features? Did it bring back memories? Who knows, but thats how I look at aircraft and old cars too!
debbielove
Very cool cars indeed! What a line up! And the dude? Well... lol Rob
