Description
My dear friends, I'm late with the Canals of New Mars episode, I know. I'm sorry but I'm busy with a play to be played on the Livelet Pile Dwelling. It started with "Can you help us a bit" and ended with Sandra and me working, sewing, hammering, cutting and cursing for about two months. We made the clothes, cuirasses, helmets etc.., we wrote the play and now we are the directors and the secretaries. During this time I tried to go on with the Canals, but two weeks ago someone stole the swords, the daggers and other replicas from Livelet Archeopark. Since the Bronze sword is central to the plot, and my birthday was close, Sandra and me decided to buy a sword and a dirk replicas from Britain. Here the results of our efforts and the replicas we bought.
Canals of New Mars will come back SOOOOOON.

Ah, there is always some mongrel helping themselves to what is not theirs, but at least it hasn't spoilt the party. A great collage, and really cool to see the costumes of that era. The various headdresses in particular are very interesting in shape and form.

Hi Flavia, please don't worry or apologise for time restraint - you know, this happens with regularity at this time of the year, it was never originally planned this way - it just happens ;P ... That's really very interesting. In Germany, on Bodensee (Lake Constance), there is such a replica village from the Bronze Age, but I have never visited it. Superb shots!
