(Continued from previous story)
After the young female was brought out of her deep homeostatic sleep, all attached tubes and wires were removed and the protective skin salve was cleaned off, she still needed a couple days to fully regain her normal mental and physical states.
Ready to meet her new family, she had her hair dyed her favorite red and all her tatts restored. Wearing her favorite outfit and feeling confident in her appearance, she made her way to the reception chamber. She couldn't find her "Pet," the monkey robot, anywhere, but decided that he would quickly come to her once he saw she had left her chamber.
When Iris, the young female, arrived into Holding Chamber #6, she saw Pet--he was sitting on the edge of the water crate, poking away at the crate's inhabitants. Seeing Pet's unacceptable behavior, Iris called him to her side. Here we see Iris explaining to Pet that those creatures were the ruler's property, and they might be dangerous to little monkey robots, because, if they were to grab him and pull him into the water, that might just mean his untimely demise.
While Iris and her monkey robot made their way to the ruler's receiving chamber, Pet thought about what Iris told him and a cold shiver went through his little robot body, and at that moment he realized he had many new lessons to learn in his new home.

well, my dear steve, if you had read my story you would know that they are not frogs...this is another galaxy--life forms there may appear similar to the ones on earth, but they ARE different...

I'm not sure if those are cracks or wrinkles....It makes sense that she would have those, though even with the salve. It certainly adds to the believability, though because I can't imagine her coming out of that chamber with perfect looking skin. I hope you will show the person for whom she went through this long journey....and was he even born when she started out.... (Need I say....well done?)
