Description

It was this bottle and a few others belonging to a lodger which got me started on collecting perfume. The scent was not very good but I got interested in the shapes and making photos of them. They were useful at school for object drawing too! See a less fiddled one Here

Excellent capture and I like the post work too, you clearly are an expert in the fragrance and aesthetic design of these perfume products, it's easy to dismiss the development of fragrances as an art-form. Nice capture.

There's something very satisfying about a perfume bottle that's a little less than half full. I haven't decided yet what it is ... perhaps just the composition ... but it's marvelous! Great image. :)
