Description
Captured back on 11/4/10, early in the AM, somewhere within the vast perimeter of the neighborhood.
Mustn't forget my roses, tons/tonnes of which I have languishing in my voluminous files.
Please ZOOM.

Really stunning on their own, but when you zoom you see that wonderful lacy coating of tiny water drops. Marvelous capture, Harry!

Oh what an elusive pair of beauties: When I first zoomed (when you posted it), I thought, are those hues blurred? Realizing you never post blurred pics, I looked closer and realized: This is a remarkably complex capture. Both roses have spotting, as well as morphing from darker to lighter hues; and this is what made me think "blur," because the colors morph. And the water-drops---pointed out by Denise---make them look 'iced', as in cake or pastry icing. Your composition is tilted and perfect---equal space on both sides---and the backing leaves have a beautiful turquoise-blue tint, which sets off the flowers. It's like flowers made of sugared-icing, they're like fairy-tale flowers. And they're beautifully presented, with real clarity. Another winner rose capture for this enduring and beautiful series.
