sorry about the lack of creativity in my images lately, so much on my mind with no income and health insurance. i called a place to get help, she first suggested medicare/caid, seems i would not qualify for a tax credit on my current status, i would have to pay the family price for coverage which she said was 400+ dollars, YIKES!!! no can do that..
main reason i need to get this is because of a concern that has been developing on my body for about 8 month now. i think it is a tumor and is about the size of a quarter or little bigger in diameter and about 5 quarters thick, but is rounded in shape. i rather not mention where but it's not in a good spot.. no place will allow you to pay later after surgury and treatments that will be involved with removing this growth. a lady here at a health care place said it would be a very costly operation if it is what it is.. i'm sorta teriffied about this right now. so my art and comments and attitude will be horrible.. please forgive me if i say anything wrong or miss images..

I am so sorry about your worries Steve. I don't blame you for being upset. The more I hear about healthcare in the States the more I want to fight to protect and grow Canada's system. It is socialism but it is also the right thing to do. Unfortunately our current "leadership" up here continues to underfund, deride and otherwise attempt to tear down the whole mechanism.

Happy Valentines Day Steve! Its so hard to understand the rules about healthcare in the states. Why does it have to be so expensive. I wish they could have it like we do here. Its the same price for everything even if it is a big surgery or a small one. I hope everything is working out for you.. Big Hugs

Being a Vet about the only thing I have never had to worry about is Medical Coverage, whether I was employed or not. The AHCA was supposed to deal with the situation of Healthcare but it hasn't, too many folks fall in that crack between Medicaid and the AHCA coverage, that sucks. I wish you luck man, don't forget though that NO hospital can refuse an Emergency situation and County/State Hospitals can not turn you away because your uninsured, they may try but they Can Not legaly deny treatment. So sorry to hear about your worries! I myself am waiting until I am old enough to JUST sign up for medicare (which is free) to cover emergencies and hospital costs... so unless you have that, and can go in AS an emergency, you may be stuck between a rock and a hard place... AWFUL.... my heart and prayers are with you!! I hope you can find some help!

Steve, I am sorry to hear about this problem and will put you in my prayers that you can get something done. I had a concern like that some years back myself, and things turned out alright. This really is one sensational looking Valentines Day image.

Been there. (Mine not in a good place, either) Surgery was quick and easy. It was huge, but turned out to be nothing more than a Lipoma. Just a 'fatty tumor' and most, say 90%, are. Hope to hear that as good news soon. Hope you have a much better year, too, sweetie. Hugz
