As I was attempting to rescue another wild baby, my son asked to me "Uh mom. have you looked up?"

I will post the chick tomorrow..I had a devil of a time getting this shot. I was under the tree, cedar, about 35 feet below. There was no clear shot. Those eyes sure made it through though!!!

Yep, it was hers. I have learned though that Wild animals know most of the time when I am a threat. She just made sure I didn't run off with the chick. I don't ever think though I am immune from being attacked. I just try to watch them VERY close.

Oh, my! Those eyes! Hope the rescue went well and mother owl is now a friend. Difficult to type with a Kitty scarf around my neck, chewing on the string to my glasses. As long as she doesn't eat up my ear. Check your PM, I have a funny story for you. :-)
