Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

Breathtaking! This is most beautifully put together and is a huge pleasure to look at.

I also love the way this is put together. I think your choice not to go over the railing was very wise. :)

Unparalleled beauty in this excellent collage. Love it, despite my acrophobia, Maz. I assume you were clad in your trusty flip flops while meandering around the high country.

Wow, incredibly lovely scenery, and I love this presentation!

Ditto above and esp andrea. Beautiful shots of sweeping, dipping scenery; and you---from left to right---have the water going up to the left, then kind of back and forth, then to the right; and the last shot, it's standing up straight. Just saying there's music to the combination. And you have 4 different textures and qualities of light, including the 3d one which has beautiful haze and atmosphere. And I've always loved your borders, and how you integrate them with the pics (and you usually make the borders from the same material in the pics). A beautiful montage, and making us want to go there and feel jealous that we can't!
