Anyway, we have here: DIDI (Nadine's older daughter): She's very loving and as sweet as molasses! However, her attitude toward femininity seems a bit dated even for the times, and she considers breaking the glass ceiling to be someone else's aspiration. This could make her seem a little out of touch to future generations. HELEN: Definitely the smart one of this group, and is currently home from college. Although she's softening up on the presentation, she will always be a Goth at heart. She's usually pretty easygoing, but occasionally slips into "Oscar the Grouch" mode. Didi's best gal pal. KELLY (Nadine's younger daughter): We will revisit Kelly later. Right now, though, she is just starting to see past the shallow and trivial obsessions of adolescence, and is learning to spot a friend who really needs a friend. HANNAH (Helen's younger sister): She has some serious body image issues, since puberty has seemingly only affected half her body. At this point, she is pretty insecure and seeking approval. This...... may lead her down the wrong road someday. For now, she's happy to have Kelly around. Note -- there seems to be a bit of an optical illusion going on. If you think the sitting girls are tiny, they're really not.
