Definitely an element of Van Gogh here, Harry; lots of fun with filters! This subject lends itself well to the digifiddle. Beautifully composed and painted!

Fantastic shot and postwork. Looks superb and the comparison with Van Gogh is really true.

Yep, Van Gogh would be the one (as your fans attest), no one turned a landscape into a sea of pulses and rivers the way he did. Finely done, with rivulets following the outlines of every object. And very clear delineations of the church and everything else on the ground. You've got a tilt there too---very effective; the whole thing seems to be tilting to that tree. A fine use of filters, and you've got lots of strong hues too---that is, for all the rivers of color, none are blurred or obscured. The tree in the background (ala your son) is like a big shaggy dog! I like that too. Fine work, and think of what Van Gogh must've felt with this kind of pulsing energy in him everyday: "Yeah, doc? I'd like to exchange my inner eyes..." A lot to live with!
