Description

Taken with zoom---it's grainy and dark, sorry! But I liked the child, so I decided to post it anyway... (Hope you enjoy)

Funny, I was at the mall today -- one of my least favorite places ever -- and I swear I saw this boy and his dad!! They were walking ahead of me and they just seemed like they were having such a good time. Didn't seem like they were heading anywhere special, or maybe they were just killin time waitin for mom. Anyway, the boy's attitude was a lot like this, just hangin back and takin it all in. Very cool shot!!

Cool, other worldly postwork, in this capture of the young man, in conjunction with the adult, as they rush pell mell, through the automotive scene, Mark. The flare at the right, its effects depicting tremendous backlighting to the lad's hair, adds explicit contrast to the image.

Mark, this is one stunning image for sure. I'm so glad you decided to share this one with us as the interaction between Father and Son really says it all. I like the look on the little boys face as well as how that sun-flare sets the entire image off rather nicely.

What a cool candid--there's so much emotion in that captured expression on the kid, and the sun flare adds a wonderful counterpoint to the blues of the clothing. I like it!

Sunflare and backlighting, blues against more blues, gray car and gray tshirt ... this has a language all its own. A wonderful story!

Hey Dad...there was this strange man back there taking my picture:-) Like the way the dad is hurrying right out of the frame...with his son in hot pursuit. Color and light, color and light, color and light. Very impactful!

I am distracted by the striking resemblance to my step-grandson Ollie! Super pic.

you've been able to grab an amazing burst of light on the car and the boy's hair... in your pet colors, Mark

Really awesome light and color in this shot - with even a touch of a tree branch in the car window reflection. What's really interesting about this is how it feels like the son is in his own world with his dad, a fun world, a world of excitement and joy. Very cool.

This is such a lovely capture of the little boy and the sun playing through his hair. Beautiful colors too. He is yet a follower :-)
