Description

Was up in Washington again last month doing recognizance for the relocation coming late this summer. Learned of a Tulip festival in Mt. Vernon whilst there and so decided to take that in as well. Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's

What a gorgeous display! I haven't made it to the festival--again; the one time I tried I was put off by the horrendous traffic, crowding and parking issues. Glad you got to see these and share with us!
