Description
As you can see we arrived at meal time and were met by our lovely hostess. The anxious looking ram had damaged one of his horns and had been isolated until it healed. He was not happy. The building was remarkably odor free and warm. There was one dark fact, however. Lambs are born in the spring and since there is limited space available surplus lambs are slaughtered. I have had and enjoyed lamb chops in the past but have not been able to eat them in many years. If I live long enough I suppose I’ll become a vegetarian.

not a baaaaad group of photos I think it might be a bit unnerving to know that your lamb stew was bleating just hours before.

If i had to slaughter my meals by myself, i'm pretty sure i'd rather eat an apple ... and lambs are so damn cute, aren't they? Wonderful images!

We have a saying "Ojos que no ven, corazon que no siente", is equivalent to "Out of sight, out of mind" well, now that you've seen, is already in your mind. Pity about the chops.:(

At the moment I still eat a little meat, but I am very fussy about it having had a good life and a quick humane death. But I won't eat anything with a pulse, so oysters, for example, are safe from me.

When I see sheep, I think instinctively of wool.... They made a neat impression and reinforced by your statement that it does not stink in this nice warm hall.
