Reminds somehow of M. C. Escher. Fantastic shot and postwork.

It looks to me like a reflection in a puddle, and someone has thrown a stone in and caused the rippling. Nice fiddle my friend.

I had the same thoughts as Klaus. Outstanding post work. Looks like a chalk drawing. I can see why you had fun. The other image is superb as well.

Two complete opposites but also both very well done or 'fiddled' if you will!

This is much like a 1930's abstract/realist painting, with cubist elements, and beautiful pastel hues. Your postwork is in waves, almost like sound waves across the piece; and wonderful electrified patterns emanating out from various places (like over and around the windows). You've really done beautiful work with everything here, and this was another of your recent postworks I just had to get to before too much time passed. You also have brighter sections which act almost as backlighting in spots. The flickr version looks inverted, but it's simplified and looks like an etching mixed with neon lights; it's very impressive. This piece is terrific, and the initial composition is very dramatic too. Another fav. (I still can't get past the "for a different version, see here" thing. It's perfectly natural, but I keep thinking of walking in Rembrandt's studio in 1660, and just as I'm about to buy a painting, I see a link that says, "For a more fun version, see here..." Maybe at the edge of the universe, there's a link: "For a brighter version, see here". Can't erase that from my head. We need more hyperlinks in real life, that's all...)
