Description
Captured 6/10/14, early morning, less than a mile from my hackneyed habitat.
These old timers with two different treads have been stuck at that curb and between those two power poles for aeons already, and should have been picked up by the trash people by now. And, if you're wondering, that is not white paint on the tire/tyre, because I remember when there was no white stuff on it. Got any ideas as to the source?
Cheerio.

Hehe! Paint stripper if you leave it on your vehicle!

Looks like the local birds have left their opinion of the trash left behind! They almost look like a double-tired barrow of sorts, minus the axle of course...amazing what you find down there! Fantastic evidential shots, Harry.

Fine eye to catch these, Harry, I probably walk by such things 100 times a year, and never think to capture them. Your pov makes it look like the wooden posts are giving birth to the tires, like they're squeezing the tires out of them: Love how they're squeezed in there like that! Fine detail on the tire, and on the poles too---lots of tar-like covering visible on one of those poles. And the white on the tires? Who knows. Paint or bird poo, as has been suggested. Or maybe some graffiti painters got to it. But it makes it an even more interesting find, because the rest of life has begun to transform it. A wonderful find, and the two angles intensifies the 'squeeze' all the more. A really unique tire shot.
