Description

If you look carefully, you can see that I have a fighter jet model in my hand. Even Kelly Slater can't do that!!!!!!! Circa 1972. They dredged the beach about 5 years later, so now the sand is 3 times as wide and is up to the top of that wall. And notice that tube toward the top right. In the days before caring about the environment, all the people's rubbish would be thrown into that tube. And when it was full, they would set fire to it and black smoke would fill the beach!!!!!!!! We all had an incinerator on our backyards too, and each Saturday morning the whole area would be choking in black smoke!

A great pose for a surfer dude! :o) We had an old rusty 55 gallon oil drum in the back yard and we burned our rubbish every few days. We even toasted marshmallows over those toxic flames!
