Description

I wondered why the robins were going doololly crazy this morning raising such a ruckus. I looked out the front door and Junior was in *MY* pecan tree in the front yard!!! He flew from his tree across the street into my yard!! Yay!! I missed his maiden flight, but I am thrilled for him. I have some pics of Junior's older sibling (more than likely) taking his maiden flight a year ago. I'll post those later. I don't normally post more than one photo a day, but I was over the moon to see and be able to chronicle his birth and fledging up to this momentous day! He'll be gone soon, but I sure won't forget the experience. Do zoom and look at his beautiful feathers. Thanks so much for your views and comments. :)
