Description
Pictures 1 and 3 captured back on 3/8/08, No. 2 on 4/3/08, all at the same spot, about 1.25 miles from home.
I can be a real pigeon for this kind of stuff.

I see this is "#1" of the series: Yes, I don't remember lots of pigeon shots in your gallery. It's a welcome addition. You've caught them in all their characteristic formations, 2 close group shots, and one distant one. The close ones capture all their movements, including the beautiful wings-open shots, and landing shots too. Lots of flying birds in the 2d shot---a real pigeon "array" shot. Lovely work. (And that shot seems to have a deep gray/white theme, whereas the first has a more blue-green theme. At least amongst the birds.) And the 3d one has them all burgeoning forth from the back portion of those wires. Pigeons from a distance, a common-enough sight in big cities; but big, clustered and beautiful all the same. It's nice to see such fluttering motions and the beauty of this maligned bird. Very nice captures, Harry; and the montage brings out how many different characteristics they display in the course of their days.
