Something light-hearted given the feast of "dark" images I've seen recently... We've only be killing each other for 4,000 years in the name of religion, give us another couple of millennium and I'm sure we'll solve it...

My most favorite images both that I have done and done by others, depict something ordinary. Here the very simple act of fastening her ankle strap has a meditative quality to it. I like the illustrative style as well. The cats too add a nice touch. All in all a very fine image.
