Description
Make way for the queen, and kneel to her royal highness, you ruddy heathen!!!
Shouting the long awaited appearance of her majesty; no one bored, jaded, or falling asleep here.
The queen is shown, in all of her glory, in the middle of the bottom photo.
Captured 4/27/14, at the beautiful Renaissance Faire, held at the beautiful Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area, in semi beautiful Irwindale, California.
ZOOM worthy.

Fantastic captures of the pomp and circumstance at the faire, Harry; I love the faces and the rich costuming in this crowd! Well done!

Well quite! These are shouting out for a clear way! Or heads will roll... Nice shots mate, lovely colours. Rob

Terrific captures of those shouting men! Looks almost like an opera. There are, of course, people in modern attire back there; but in the first shot, a lady in a blue shirt and sunglasses---very near the right frame edge---is great, next to all these Renaissance bigshots. And in that first shot, the guy on the right has a great expression, shouting as he is. In shot 2, he's also shouting, and we see some others shouting too. The guy making his way up, from right/back (in grays and blues), is dressed to kill. And we see him head-on, in number 3: You got great faces in action here, with terrific detail in the costumery. And in 3: That's the queen? Her??? She looks like my Aunt Selma!!! How'd she get into these shots! (Aunt Selma passed, quite some time ago.) The compositions single out the shouters quite well; and the last one has a real double counterpoint between the two shouters---facing 2 ways---and the Queen in the middle. Very strong street shots, and the detail is, once again, wonderful.
