Description
Another shot from my walk through Jacksonville. The intensity of the fall colors has been spectacular this year & I've been trying to capture it as much & as well as I can while it lasts. Unfortunately, some of the subtleties of the color tones & gradations are lost when I compress it down to fit into the 500 kb limit here, but hopefully enough remains to make posting these worthwhile.
It's too bad Renderosity doesn't offer us more flexibility in posting our daily quota. Instead of five 500 kb images, wouldn't it be nice to be able to post one 2500 kb image? Or two 1250 kb images? From a programming point of view, it wouldn't be hard to implement at all...

Very good capture and display I agree that they should raise the limits

Awesome capture and I agree they really need to allow more KB on this site.

This is superb; so many shades, such lovely lines, all lying upon each other and getting along so well...great capture!

Beautiful! We saw a lot of color in Montana, and the grasses in Nebraska and Kansas were pretty spectacular, but everything was brown and dry in Missouri. Then going south, everything in Oklahoma and Texas was green, as if Autumn were a foreign concept.

An enchanting fusion of light and form giving a stunning visual of a warm autumn day!

The backlighting certainly enhances the colors - a very interesting idea about size limits - I like it and it would be easy to implement. The larger your first posting, for the day, would restrict the size of your second posting for that day etc!
