As usual, when I have no particular muse inspiring me, I resort to playing around with Carrara basics and see what happens. In this case, I was playing with a number of Carrara builtin features:
- Light Cones (godrays)
- Surface Replicator
- Fog
- Terrain
- Carrara Basic Plants (Aspen trees)
- Every tex either tweaked or custom by me
In addition to replicated aspen trees, I also replicated Lisa's Botanicals cinnamon ferns and salvia plants to make the forest.
Daz RM Willow skin on V4 and one of Lyne's awesome tex for the Mil Horse were used for the characters. The dress was an undocumented freebie in my runtime with a custom tex created by me.

Very wonderful scene, Larry I can hear her now, 'come on you stupid horse! we've got to get back to the castle for the ball! the horse is saying, 'not a chance! You'll be married off to some oaf of a prince who can barely pour pee out of a boot with the instructions on the sole!' stay with me and we'll ride free!

A very beautiful image! The god rays are gorgeous, so are the horse and the lady's poses! The POV from a dark spot inside the forest adds a dramatic touch of mystery to the image! But the little detail that makes the image even more eye-catching is the reflective water plane in the foreground! This is the little detail that adds tremendously to the image's photo-realism!

Love it :) The contrast between the dark trees in the foreground and lighter area in the back creates a excellent focus. The effects are good as well.
