My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

You can never go wrong with pottery in my opinion. I love pretty much all pottery. You have done a beautiful job of blending the different styles and colors here. I am going to be sorry to see this series end.

yeah, you and helle are on P and I'm just about to post J. I think you two should call a moratorium while I catch up. IT's the civil thing to do...A beautiful piece, with the whoosh of the large red-brown pottery making energies for the whole piece. You use pottery lines as energy lines here---very, very nicely done. Also, the reds against that deep blue and green are stunning. Your inner frame of red pulls out the red in the image. And the collection of vases, pots and plates (with metal chopsticks, right?) makes a beautiful still life. You contain a lot in these small frames, a lot but in an intimate way. And your border of light orange with reds heightens the darker hues of the interior. More beautiful work from you, this is very rich work.
