Wonderful old Beetle! The old school look suits these cars very well. I like your variations too.

The original almost looks like a variation itself with that cool paint job. Wonderful work, I like your postwork choices in this set!

It's a wild subject to begin with, and I like the contrast of the car against that blue-ish street (with all that street texture---that's a Harry texture-capture). Your original shot is really strong, with the angle and the light behind. Nice light on the side of the car too. This montage seems to move progressively to a deep inferno feeling, although the final shot could be all-neon too. But it gets darker as we move down. The second is more of a ghost image, and somehow you've emphasized the veins in everything---the road looks like it has a major skin rash! (Rosacea? Something like that?) The car's starting to look sinister. And in the last shot---some kind of intense edge work, emphasizing outlines and giving them a neon glow---the whole scene has become a bright nightmare, and it's beautiful at the same time. Lines that were very minor in the original are now suddenly glowing. It's actually spare in a way, but it feels very rich. A fine 3-some, and a very natural sequence from start to finish. (Once again, the rating button won't move: I don't think it likes me anymore!)
