My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

This is a well written piece, and I'm glad you were able to post it. Don't push yourself too hard, but I'm glad you can do fabric art. I was into that for a long time, it's a lot of fun and easy on the eyes. Best Wishes.

Years ago I'd never heard of teal. Now its one of my favorite colors. Very glad to hear you've found an outlet for your creative spirit. This poem is a wonderful example. So here's a thought, Bill has a camera. Can we see some of your work? If it is anything like what you have posted here it should be a delight.

Nice writing sweetie. Glad you have rekindled the threads thing, but I know your itchy finger will be back on the 70D shutter soon. Oh Jess Jess Jess!

Beautiful poem. I was surprised to see you had a post. I was so pleased to see that you have decided to use that wonderful creative talent of yours to continue to do beautiful things. Both are a wonderful surprise! Looking forward to more.

Awesome poem, love it!

A lovely poem, Tara! I've often thought it would be cool to do a large fabric mural of some of my Poser art or photos. Something along the lines of colonial punchwork, or rug hooking... Something else I'd like to learn to do that I don't have time to..... sigh I need to retire... Hope you can post a photo or two of your fabric art sometime. Hope things are well with you and Bill.
