Description

The Latona Fountain at Versailles. This has been described as a "wedding cake design" & was built up in several different stages over the years. I posted a version of this photo a couple of years ago here, but I was on an extreme HDR kick back then & much prefer the current version... Please zoom.

Terrific photo. I didn't go into the building when I visited as I couldn't face walking round with my boobs pressed into the back of the person in front and my buttocks being pressed from behind by the person following!

I can see and enjoy the differences in both postings. The August 2012 looks more like a painting and has better depth. The current posting has the better detail especially in zoom! Both well worth viewing and I enjoyed both!
