Description
My sister had some medical procedures, and it looks like she'll be fine.
This is for her---someone doing the ancient yogic "worship of the sun".
(Lake Michigan)
Started commenting again, and I'll be back for more later.
I'll get to you all, I promise...
Have a fine day!

I am so glad your sister will be fine, dear Mark. It is good news :-) Worshipping the sun is worth doing. And the person here is really happy to receive the warmth from it. A very sweet shot. :-)

The lines of the piers/pilings are so cool with the sunlight on them; such a great backdrop for the human form stretching. Excellent shot!!

And yet another stunner from you!!! It could've been just another foto of the piers on Lake Michigan. But the person (hard to tell if it's a man or woman, even more interesting!!) in the foreground gives it a far more personal feeling. Nothing like yoga near water to feed the soul. It's good to know your sister's better; I know she's had more than her share of problems.

Mark, this is a marvelous capture as well as a truly wonderful dedication for your sister. I am so sorry to hear she has went through some rough times with her health recently and will keep her in my prayers.

In contrast to your title, the individual portrayed in this fine image appears to be shouting "Stop…don't come any closer!" at the pilings. Nice contrast in this line of cool verticals situated amongst the calm blue water, Mark. As for worshiping the sun, I seem to recall hearing that the ancient Aztecs were big in that arena of religion, and would sacrifice virgins (burning them alive?) so the sun wouldn't burn out. Anyway, hope your sister is doing much better following her medical procedures and on the path to full recovery.

Those pillars seem to be growing in the sun, just like the man. It's interesting that they are rectangular, which gives them a kind of mystery, reminding me of the monolith in the movie 'A Space Odyssey'. Very intriguing capture.
