I do love how you do this; such a singular look, I'd know your work anywhere! Beautiful art!

yes, the postwork brings out not only the wind, but the sense of what it leaves in its wake. It opens up into a windswept landscape. And the buildings and kiosk and vehicles (I assume those are vehicles back there) all take on a harried feeling, like this is the way the street 'feels' right now, stretched out but wanting to huddle in the cold wind and checkered looming sky. The spill of light on the road spills right into us, it 'greets' us...and the birds give that randomness that nature presents, even after a storm. (Ie, life goes on...). And the left side is sunken in shadow while that sky above is a big swath of stained glass and fabric. As always, so much mystery unfolds in your images; so whatever we see and experience has intimations of so many things beyond...Beautiful evocative work once more.

Clouds in the sky, clouds on the ground, in the water, the wet street ... I keep looking around and around and around, enjoying the feeling of standing there. I told Bill that I appreciate your work so much, but so often on a level for which I have no words. He knew exactly what I meant, because he enjoys what you do as much as I do. So it occurs to me that maybe I see your work in Russian, but I don't speak Russian, so the words don't come. :P
