oooh, a really fine inside pic, with such intense 'inner' light, light that's so very "inside" and not "outside". I love Denise's "such a sense of ancient gravity". (I'll take a dozen of those, Denise!) With the inner light, you have this big dissolving blast of outside light, spilling into the center. This place has some intense walls---all that painting or wall paper/fabric---it's beautiful. We see it in other shots too, of this place. Even the furniture has intense patterns on it. (I wonder if some of this wasn't added over time.) In any case, it's a beautiful interior shot, dramatic and intense. Who would've thought this place had such striking interiors, after seeing it's forbidding exterior?
