Wonderful use of light; I find this intriguing, although I think it's probably not a fun place to be...

Your picture is great! It has a great comp. and a fantastic light! But I would not feel comfortable in that place. Must have vibrations of pain and despair.

Hey, I always say, a nice home should have a nice dungeon. Am I right? Even a small one, But hey, that's just a personal veiw...(Denise writes, "I think it's probably not a fun place to be..." Lol, ya THINK SO??? netot echoes the same sentiment. No, not a place I'd like to cozy up to on a cold winter night...I can hear guests saying, "you have a DUNGEON???") I assume one of the signs of how "high up" an owner was was whether or not he/she owned a dungeon. I'm being serious: It indicated you had enough power to lord over others, with impunity. You caught the dingy and ominous feel of it, and actually your light is very buttery and rich. But the rough stone, and that awful floor, along with the chains, communicate despair. And I really like the deep shadow on both sides of the shot: If you're going to capture such golden light, the shadows are the perfect frame, considering what this place was used for. Another intense interior shot from you---you always get the inner life of a place.
