eye popping macro. I never understood the damselfly's eyes: They look opaque, like they're made of ceramics. So how do they see? And you got all the shiny bits, those specks of tinsel and gold all across its body. And the "racing stripes," as Mark calls them. Stunning closeup, Andrea, and even the leaf looks plush and gorgeous in this close range. Another scintillating insect capture from this last month or so...
