Description

A human piloted submersible scans the depths of the ocean and discovers something of a man-made origin. One more from my once hidden and/or neglected fun and imaginative period of Bryce and Poser work from 2002 through 2006, now on display. And, another of my UNFINISHED just-fooling-around pieces of art that I located deep within the near forgotten archives of past 3D work, this one created 9/15/05. Aloha.

Very atmospheric and eerie, as one would expect on the bottom of the ocean; super work, Harry!

Great piece Harry. I like the colors in this quite a bit. There's a nice contrast with the light of the submersible upon the ruins to the colors of the ocean and sea life.

I really love this! That human arch, maybe from a sunken city, is so bold in those saturated green-yellows. And on a pedestal---truly suggestive of a sunken city. It's got stalagmites, which could be remnants of an ancient temple. And it sits in abandoned glory, surrounded only by a purple thing/creature, and a jelly fish and sea horse (and of course the underwater vehicle). It's spare; and, even if it's unfinished, it has a real presence. Beautiful light on the horizon of the ocean, and fine arcs of light above. I realize the light on the arch is probably coming from the underwater vehicle, but it seems as if it's emerging from the arch itself. A real delight. I'm glad these mixed media pieces aren't over with---I keep expecting to see the last one, but luckily they keep on coming!

ps---no signature! Lol---one of the few that doesn't have your finely hued signature! Well it's a WIP, I'll let it go. But I looked for it!
