Picking up where I left off (after a long absence), this is a beautiful clear and painterly shot of high clouds at their best. A lot of what makes this beautiful is your fine crop and treatment of light against dark, and the clarity of the blues against those silk-strand whites. Your crop made what might have otherwise been just a big splat of clouds into a beautiful grouping of cloud-masses and "tentacled" wisps...like a big majestic creature with all kinds of hair flying (and limbs). The lower left cloud is a balance to the deep blue in the upper right, etc. A beautiful cameo; and I agree with Claude about your reception...its your inner eye that makes this a piece of art. (And yes, esp in a big city, where skies can be muddled by pollution.) A very fine cloud capture, Harry.
