Archie, Skylar and Reed had a great time enjoying the feast the Knight prepared for them. They met a lot more of the aliens on the new planet. Everyone was so friendly and glad to meet them. It gave them a warm feeling inside. They spent another day on the planet visiting with many of the new acquaintances and the Knight. Hermanus (HP) was developing his social skills as well and blending in quite nicely as the new envoy to this planet. A mutual agreement is reached for attempting to bring some of the earth homeless to the new planet. The Knight assigns a special lady empath to accompany Skylar and Reed back to earth to use as a screen for any applicants wanting to try out life on the new planet. They only want sincere applicants with honest intentions. The lady can read a person and tell if they are lying or telling the truth. Once back on earth, Archie sets to work whipping his boys into shape. He goes over his con- cerns about their taking the initiative on giving HP all the human like improvements. He admires their accomplishments, but has to take them to task for not approaching him with their ideas before taking off and doing them, especially in his absence. He feels they must have some courses in morality and ethics to compensate for their more adventurish impulses. Skylar, Reed and the lady from the planet, Mirabella, return to the main headquarters for Reed and Skylar's beneficial trust. They design a poster to put up in the lobby to see if any of the homeless this site serves will be interested. The sign reads: --------------------------------- Are you tired of being ripped off by the system?Has your life been turned inside-out? Well now is your chance to take the bull by the horns and end the dead end situation you are currently in. If you are interested in turning your life around, see the receptionist at the front desk for more details. -------------------------------- After the sign is up for a little while, Skylar takes a saunter out into the lobby to see just how much interest there is. He is pleasantly surprised the see a modest crowd gathered around it. A few of the people ask him about it. He says all he can do right now is to direct them to the front desk. Well, gosh golly gee!
