Description

The Spitfire flight had found the Bomber stream, He 111's mainly, the escort was above and slightly below.. As the Squadron leader prepared to dive his depleted and tired boys down once more a call went out.. " Watch Out Skipper, Bandits! 12 O' Clock High." He called break and once more the struggle to stay alive began.. I promised more of the Bf109G , well here it is and does it look gooood or what lol (or is it just me!) It was allowed to display on its own while the two Buchon's flew together.. Great idea allowing the massed banks of cameras to listen to the DB engine growl.. Ask if you want to see ground shot in big and more detail.. Enjoy and thanks for comments.. Rob

Tallyho, let's get the blighter! Another terrific looking-up capture of aircraft, as shown in this cool photo, mate. And one of the most important things to see and remember in your aeroplane images are the great prop blurs you're coming up with.

Great shot mate. Yes...more please:) LIke the angle. But he'd be a dead man if he did that if front of a Spit or Mustang!

That must have been a frightening sight to all the bomber crews especially if they were nearly home. Super shot Rob.

Oh, oh! I thought Tailspin was back! Hurry and do as Neil suggested! This is really a great photo - we get to see the paint scheme on the upper surfaces! Now for some other surfaces! :-)
