Description

Greetings Folks, Neil asked to see inside one of the huge Pre WW2 Hangers at Cosford, well here you are mate.. Big isn't it and look, its full of MORE Jaguars lol This is one of three or four like this that normally aren't allowed public access.. Only on one day of the year are the doors thrown open like this.. And they are really thrown open.. Access everywhere.. No barriers.. Want to look in Jaguar cockpit, go for it.. Keep big for your viewing pleasure.. By the way, so far Windows 10 is working fine.. Rob

Looks like a lot of people taking advantage of the open day. Super shot.

Not allowed to look into? OK, here is the opponent from the continent looking into the restricted area... :-) Great shoot.

Huge when built before WWII. Small by today's standards. Nice photo. Allows a look at design and construction. I assume they were made for bombers. Keep up the good work, and I hope we don't lose Neil in there somewhere! :-)

WoW!!! this is so cool ! Completely different construction from the other two I modelled....well, now we'll have to see if anyone notices when one of these appear at 'The Plant'......though it shouldn't be too hard as I'll have to fill it with Jaguars LoL!!! Huge thanks for the dedi and a cracking bit of inspiration and detailed reference....

Can I assume that is all wood? Big indeed length and width wise. Height probably only as high as needed to get the tail of bombers in...
