Description

Mucha souvenirs were in evidence all over Prague - this particular shop specialized in it. I'm a big fan of Alphonse Mucha's work & could easily have bought lots of souvenirs to bring home, but lack of luggage space would not allow me to do that. The one thing I did buy was a small glass paperweight with a a Mucha print in it - maybe I'll take a photo of it at some point & post it... Please zoom.

big bold reds, big bold yellows, and in-our-face whites...the image pops out and grabs us. You made the shot radiate. Your high key wall above and to the right boosts the contrast too. And all those wares glistening behind the glass: It must have been hard to be in such a shop, given your love for Mucha. Sorry you weren't able to get all you wanted. (Was shipping too difficult/expensive, as an alternative?) The red carpet in front is a great lead-in to the whole. An eye-popping shot! Jumps right off the page.
