Description

Time to choose my new frames as I have two new prescriptions. I had an almost unworn pair which I would have liked re-glazed but it cost more to do that than buy a new identical pair....WHY? See the rack Here and an inversion Here

Wow, what a great abstract you've turned this into (from the thumbnail, I thought it might have been a detail from a circuit board). Aside from the very cool postwork, I really like the added impact of presenting it on a diagonal...

Don't you hate that? I have several frames which I would love to re-use, but it costs more to do that than to buy new ones, and I hate all the new frames I have found. None of them suit me! Love what you have done with this image, though; they look great all together and fiddled!

Cool shot and effect. The greater the choice the harder the decision.

with Claude, this could be a motherboard or circuitboard...A terrific treatment of these rows and rows of specs. Both the flickr and this have a heavy mathematical repetition, and a rhythmic drumbeat. And this one is wonderful, with those white and other-colored lines against that pure black. It's like an artist's assembly line. I love this, as i do the flickr. And as for having to replace them, there are places that sell exquisite frames, but they cost a flying fortune. I think they make these so that, when they break down, you'll buy more. Programmed obsolescence...cheap way to make things, for sure...Love these shots. A parade of lights and forms...

I guess great minds think alike. I've seen more circuit boards than I can count. Brilliant post work!

You really made a great shot out of this. I got new glasses a few weeks ago and I could keep my old frame, without it costed more and I cant understand why that should be a problem, unless you use very small frames. It can sometimes be a problem for bifocal glasses to work well. If thats not it, I would also ask, why on earth it should be more expensive.

Sigh. Another reminder that I really need to replace my scratched and very out of date glasses. Nice postwork.
