My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

a beautiful, placid and shimmering image for Jacomina, with lots of peaceful shadow and lots of quiet reflections...and that beautiful shimmer. You've zeroed-in on the ground level, given the feeling of being there (I've been in spaces like these, and they really do envelop you.) With just enough light---top right---to remind us there's a sky out there. Beautiful and peaceful, and a beautiful gift for Jacomina. Happy Birthday, Jacomina, and many, many more...and much peace and beauty to you, which this image offers you...Beautiful work, Tara, a terrific dedi and image for Jacomina.

This place just oozes serenity, of which we could all use a bit [now and then] but this one in particular is dedicated to a very special friend, Jacomina to all of us here at Rendo, who I think, can really appreciate your present for her...
I cannot believe it's a Botanic Garden, it looks so wickedly wild and tropical, I could easily imagine to go for a canoe paddle there. You have found Serendipity in Shangri La ...

A beautiful discovery and photo, Tara! I could use a couple weeks in a place like this right now.. It makes me feel better just to look at it!

You know, Tara, when I look at full size for a long time, I feel a peace and a calmness who feel like a blessing. I don't know exactly why, but all that foliage, water, everything seems to be in repose. In a way, I think of paradise, sort of. Because, of course on earth is probably nothing comparable to such a place, but this wonderful place, and picture, it still gives me that thought; a thought that fulfilled a certain desire, and before that I want to thank you very much, it is an exceptionally gift, dear friend.
Sorry for responding that late, it's due to the flu.
