wow! That's a helluva painting! Major colors and palette-knife work...and it's teeming with street energy. Intense and wild...and you got a really fine photo of it: We can see the brush and knife work, and the canvas. (That's what's missing in museum jpgs, btw. Art hasn't caught up with music, when it comes to the computer.) Fine detail here. This is a great addition to this series, because it captures so much of what you've been sharing with us about Havana: the spirit, the wildness, the teeming streets, the joyous dance even in the face of great hardship, and a real inner love and pride for their dear city. A terrific addition to the series...and if you're gonna buy a painting in a new place, this is the kind to get. Love it.

... and why wouldn't you ? I would do the same in a flash, when they are so bright, colourful and energetic to look at and so enjoyable. A busy scene, the way one imagines what it would be like - a vibrant city !
