Description

Fun with microbiology! The Latin is fake. The chemical terms aren't, but they're way out of sequence. Basically, just messin' around with whatever I remember from college... I'll be back in the morning. Much better zoomed! -----------------------------------------------------------

the scary part of this image and writing is that someone will look at this and call it gospel ! (just because it is on the Internet and therefore must be true)

Great work, Mark and welcome back

A splendid presentation of microbiology in this colorful and texted offering, Mark, some of which appears to be either the wing of a butterfly, or the dorsal fin of a shark. Stellar compendium of clarity, color and montage effects, my friend. And, I revisited some of my long forgotten Latin with this.

Amoeba, Euglena, Paramecium, Rotifer. That's about it for me and high school biology. That and dissecting worms, fish and frogs. The frogs were collected, placed in a large glass bottle and gassed before they were dissected. I remember walking into the supply room one day and seeing a frog squatting on a pile of his dead relatives and staring straight at me. I almost became a vegetarian on the spot.

Both Mike and Steve have good points. And I just noticed the two little guys peeking into the frame (Killroy was here?).

What fun indeed! 'Twas my best subject at school, and my interest continues still. I love what you've done, (especially the Kilroys.)

I love how you have played with your microbiology specimens they have become so much more interesting now. I wish I had taken more notice when I was in school as I surely didn't see anything as interesting as this. I love the little faces peeking into your work too, very cute and well done. 😄

now, I am amazed at your art work. superbly done

OK, I know the science, and I was trying to follow, but it wasn't making any sense...glad it wasn't meant to! I love how well you did this! Such an excellent parody, and so beautifully constructed!
