I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Wow!! Mel is a real looker in this scene!!.. I guess here she's showing her playful side, one she doesn't get to show much with all the crazy things that have been happening lately!... and no some of it is not my fault, hay it wasn't me who strapped me that pack and launched me into the heavens... or that other thing, and that time I.... ok maybe a little.
I can't wait to see what next in the TNA adventure.. what other craziness will occur!

It really seems that nobody likes the change of time every spring and autumn. Why on earth do we use it then? When I worked, every spring I had the morning sun in my face for 2 weeks, when driving at work. Could barely see. Then it was over.. I thought... but then cames the change of time and another 14 days with the sun in my face every morning. Same in the autumn. I hated it. BTW, you did a great job with this lovely lady. :-)

Thank you Melanie and thank you Rod. She's stunning. The dress and render is fantastic. It hugs and shines in all the right places. Not to mention the time you spent to get the shadow right. Not sure if it's a rabbit or a horny little devil.

Ha! I've seen a lot of things done with 3D actors but never hand shadow puppets! Way cool and possibly a first! Now, can you get the gals at TNA to lauch an indepth scientific, possilby involving foreign enemy spies who want to know the same thing, "do shadow puppets dream in color?" The fate of the world could well depend on it. After all, if all in in fact a dream within a dream, as the Bard spoke, or rather wrote, than we may only be the dreams conjured up by sleeping shadow puppets. In which case, I seriously question their sanity and right as creator(s) of our realities. Espeically if it turns out, as I suspect, they are in fact, the product of black and white dreams we dream. Leading to a pardox, and that could disrupt the whole time space thing and lead to, well who knows, world chaos. So the gals had best get right on it! :D

I just read shadownet's comment, and I agree, whatever he's taking, I'll take 2. Terrific portrait, Rod, with not only your usual model-sense, and very sexy, but fine light on her dress as well as detail on her stockings, and light across her legs, arms and the rest of her. For all this attraction, her face is in shadow---nice subtle drama here. And I love her shadowplay. (Someone asked if it was a devil or a rabbit. Good question.) You placed her in this hall very well. And while she appears to be headed to our right, her legs are clearly walking to our left. I like the contrast and ambiguity. The patterns on her stockings are echoed by those on the floor and the pillar behind her. A terrific solo piece. Really well done. (My college girlfriend wore stockings like this, btw, just to go for a walk. When I first saw this image, I was convinced you either knew her, or she knew Melanie. Great job on this.)
Oh---and above, you spoke of weekends not being long enough. I wanna see a booming voice come out of the sky one day, and shout: "Hey! Look alive! You're all getting another Sunday! Now SHUT UP!")
