Impeccable as can be, captured 4/28/16 @ 12:04 pm, in beautiful La Mirada, California.
No parking allowed on this thoroughfare, which should explain the lack of vehicles. A regional park/golf course is to the left, and a residential area to the right.

Wow, where are all the drivers? It almost looks like a racecourse or a ride at Disneyland...too perfect to be true! Lucky you to have it all to yourself!

Yeah, I wanted to ask you: How in the world did you get this at noon? On a Thursday? (I looked up the date!) Not a car in sight. Even without parking, no one's driving! It's a beautiful winding shot, with high trees on either side, looking very much more of a country shot than a city shot. And sweet hills, with sweet light and shadows (real noon light too, intense and overhead). And a road which winds back into beautiful trees. So different from the street shots you post from LA proper. Beautiful shot. Your street shots in the last few months have really given us a lot of variety.
