Description
Tree shadow cast upon the waters, captured 5/12/16 @ 11:48 am, at the beautiful La Mirada Regional Park in beautiful La Mirada, California.
Definitely ZOOM worthy.

Well, you know I zoom everything, and zoom brings out a whole lotta detail that the display (smaller) version does not. There's a lot of black in the troughs of those waves---I don't know if that's soot or reflections, but it's like someone came along with ink and drew all those black lines in there. And you got lots of water textures too, like this is a huge sheet of plastic or silk. Though this is a shadow, it looks almost like a big black plague moving its way underneath the surface. A very strong and beautifully detailed capture: You got a lot going on in those waves. A very finely tuned wave shot.
